The battle scissors are something I've been sketching for several months now. I have a few sketch books with the Shears character in them. Finally got around to doing a nicer illustration of the character.
I'm also planning on building the character in 3d then putting her into the kung-fu game with the other characters I've been sketching out. Once I get my little unreal scene done I'll be adding characters as well. I'm actually surprised that the giant scissors haven't already appeared in a japanese fighting game. Namco has a giant bladed hoola-hoop, Guilty Gear has a boat anchor! Actually, I really like the boat anchor... Anyway, expect more of these characters to start showing up here. cheers. |
